Most orders will ship the same or next business day. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and given an approximate in stock date or the option to change/cancel your order. Multiple item orders will be held until complete unless you request that you want it shipped separately (for extra shipping charges). An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order, and to outline all costs and shipping tracking number.
While we try to provide accurate descriptions and pictures, we realize it's not a substitute for trying on the frames in person. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, and authorized returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided the item(s) are in their original condition. The purchase price, less the initial shipping & handling charges will be refunded upon receipt of merchandise. Return shipping and insurance is the buyer's responsibility and is non-refundable. All lost or damaged claims must be filed with the carrier. Items returned after the 14 day trial period may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If 4 or more frames are being returned without a purchase, a 15% restocking fee may be charged.
Labwork costs associated with custom-made lenses are non-refundable.
We do our best to provide excellent customer service throughout the entire shopping process, but priority is given to filling orders. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of qualified returns in compliance with credit card and merchant service providers.

We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover), personal checks, certified checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Personal checks must clear before actual shipment of the item. Stock is limited and sold at a first come first served basis. We will hold an item upon request for a 24-hour period with a valid credit card number.
Shipping & handling, taxes, insurance, duties, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship via US Postal unless otherwise requested or as required due to the size/weight of the merchandise. We typically ship within 1-3 business days. Insurance is provided on all domestic shipments; insurance on international shipments is optional (via US Postal Global Express only).

USPS Global Express (5-7 days; insured to $100 w/tracking #) is $61.95

We have had a No-Advertising policy since our relocation to California in 2001. This means you will not see any paid advertisements from us in magazines, on the internet, radio, TV or outdoor. We are building our business through word-of-mouth and an in-person presence at shows. We think a quiet, zero-pressure sales approach works best. Glad you found us.

Gift certificates are available year-round and can be purchased in any dollar denomination. Gift Certificates do not expire (as long as we have inventory!) and are sent free of charge via the United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail. Express shipping options are available upon request. All premium shipping service rates apply. Gift certificates are non-refundable but satisfaction guarantee and full exchange policies apply.
